Hank built a 900 SF metal building shop for me earlier this year.
I’m an engineer of 40 years, particular and into the details. Hank was great to work with. Not the least expensive, but fair, and does what he says. Good relations with his subcontractors, and the ones that worked on my project did well and took pride in their work. Attention to detail, and wants you to be satisfied. Living in Rockport most, if not all of his life, he has many long term relationships with craft workers and subcontractors.
As in life, relationships are important-especially for a contractor in a smaller town.
I would work with Hank again. A pleasant gent as well.
